Dana is an agency ex-patriot and has created campaigns, strategized promotions and managed online reputations for companies including Michelin, Lowes, Zagat, Avon, Brookstone, Poppin, Mucinex, the Company Store, Al Capone, Shop.com, QVC, Blu E-Cigs, Dillard's and the Met. She has ghostwritten books, ghost-tweeted for celebrities, passed hors d'oeuvres at a client’s launch party and paced back and forth jiggling a client’s crying baby so he could close his biggest sale ever—and many more adventures.

A scholar of design thinking and lean startup principles, she consults with startups to create innovative promotional strategies, and with companies to add entrepreneurship values to their internal programming.

Jim spent more than a decade as editor and copywriter for clients ranging in size from Michelin to dash. His combined love of precision, detail, rules and short lines made his transition to a Ruby on Rails developer seamless. He truly believes that the best code rivals the best poetry.
